good day

( i am reading story at the end of the day)
Hi every one =D today was such a kayos I had so much things to prepare and do however  finally I felt good because I have received unexpected surprising comment from both of my MST and the TA(>-“)

I have done most of the duties that any professional teacher does on a regular teaching day , which was taking children attendance, reminding them the classroom rules , and the most important explaining explicitly today’s and  the next week task to my MST and the AT.
Also I did implemented phoenix session whit my MST, to add on this I did make the porridge with 3 different group but first I read the story to let them sequence it and after that I started to ask them about the oat meal and what can we do with it and we discussed  about the color , texture, weight, consistency , moreover we get in to using our 5 senses  and my MST was really impressed of the way of questioning them making them wonder and curious about how solid can change under different circumstances.
Moreover, I did some math assessment with the children and finally the interview with the key coordinate of the FS2 miss Sandy.
( preparing children for the sequancing story after reading)
(children are working copratively to sequance the story)

(interviewing the key cordinator)
(children are tasting the porridge and looking at the diffrences)
  ( making the porridge)
As far I have seen 2 interesting things that attracted my attention which are, managing children negative behavior throe praising positive attitudes and reinforcing them continuously by exposing clearly her emotions physically, moreover she always vary her tone according to the situation. Also during the phonics session while my MST testing children’s writing skills a child suddenly was crying when she asked hem for the reason he kept repeating that he is incapable of forming this test and others are better than him. Therefore my MST first kept pampering him and telling him that if he can’t do anything he needs to tell her and ask for friends help. Also she kept encouraging him, telling him that he needs to stop saying negative things about himself, try to be positive. From my point of view this attitude will defiantly raise this child’s self-stem

( teacher is varying her voice)
(teacher build this childs self steam)

Basically I would like to improve my communication skills and try to be as explicit as much as possible, moreover I want to integrate with the parents by this attitude I hope to  build nice understanding between me and them.   Furthermore, I really should work harder while planning different activities, sessions and think more deeply, seriously about each child need and techniques of improving their abilities to achieve the best. Honestly I think this could be implemented throw engaging myself whit the teacher meeting where we can discuss and share some greet ideas, as well as  making one to one correspondence and working collaboratively with my MST  and the TA.

Every week sat a target on one of the UK EYFS early learning goal so I can work cooperatively with the children to achieve them all. For example while reading story made sure to encourage she children to join in and I did reinforce good behavior and the good role model. From my point of view as a   teacher I should believe in each child ability, to add on this  it is my responsibility to encourage these children to build their confidence and give them a chance to speak out and express here selves which will make them feel that they are valued and the teacher respects their point of view. Honestly teacher should teach and treat each child equally and make sure to develop their one to one correspondence where I listen to the child and he responds oppositely. Other whys I don’t deserve to be a good role model or call myself a teacher.

As an important role of teacher it is to except other people’s perspective and try to adapt new interesting teaching techniques and that’s what my new MST always looking for, which honestly made me happy. In my point of view teaching is all about   seeking toward developing children learning progress. It is not about showing off or being the best teacher, it about spreading the knowledge among others equally although I am new in their environment I can clearly see the huge differences from my previous Tp environment which  is full of positive energy and being there always make me  enthusiastic and keen to learn new thing and share useful knowledge with my MST  ,who understand and gave me the chance to conduct and implement new thing to make changes frankly life is all about making beneficial useful changes and accepting the reality, no one is perfect but there are some paths that can make our children word better to deal with otherwise we won’t seek any success in educational programs.  What you think about it Mr Sean?

This week went really very well for me .I had lots of responsibilities that the MST gave me to work on in the class room. I really felt that she  has started to trust me which is a very important thing in building any relationship.  I experienced different things during this week which made me feel and work like a  professional teacher who always thinks before making any decisions and trying as much as possible to manage  to organize and work on several things.
In these two days I my main aim was to build relationships with children’s parents particularly in the sports day and guess what Sean I did reach my goal. During that day I managed to communicate with MST, TA and the children,  as well as the parent who were curious to know why we are there so I was explaining to them that we are student teachers who come for Teaching practice in  ECE from DWC .  Most of the parents were surprised and they wish me luck in my professional teaching career, taking the initiative of interacting with the parents made the children feel comfortable to work with me which made my work more serious and enjoyable this made Mrs. murphy happy and she told me “well done miss K”. Moreover, I asked my MST if I could read a story for the children she said turned and said of course you can but I’d prefer if you do it next week so you can prepare yourself for the new inquiry unit, so my MST lent me some stories that were related to the new unit.

During the second day I saw many interesting things that I experienced.  I really was amazed when I saw my MST encouraging the children by praising them say good morning in different languages for example Sara is from Palestine and she said “Koya mora”, Hilma said “Sabah el kheer”, and Mohamed said “ Bonjoor” I loved this way because I feel all children can learn from each other’s language easily and they will acquire it later.  I remember that from my previous experience this is considered to be one of the PYP attitudes the Appreciation of different languages and cooperation with each other

Furthermore, I enjoyed the music and movement class of the wild day. I was singing with the children at the beginning they were surprised but later they started to laugh with me and tried to imitate my actions during the class. There is a huge difference that I experienced in both local and international schools. In the local school there wasn’t any emphasize on the way of teaching the children all kinds of Key concepts and on the trans disciplinary skills. Although the government provided most of the equipment that they needed to teach the children, I think the teachers are lazy they always trying to escape their work and responsibilities and they always complain that nobody appreciates their talents I doubt if they really have any talent Sean!.

In these 2 days I tried lots of thing for example I talk to some of the parent and told them about their children and what is my role in this class room. Also I arrive early in the morning were I helped my MST in the class room set up and I am taking the responsibility of implememnting a numercy session . Moreover, I toke part in the sport day to organize the line up as well as the helping the teacher in providing children food and setting up their places for the lunch time. also i did monitor the children while the ICT lesson by providing help for indeveduals.  furthermore i did interviewed the SENCO as well as attending the teachers meeting
